I discovered a cure for prolonged hiccups just recently.

You see, hiccups are caused by small bubbles trapped along the lining of the stomach. Hiccups are the body’s natural way of trying to shake the stomach to make those small bubbles merge together into a burpable size. In the presence of mucous, these bubbles will not merge together.

After having hiccups for 3 consecutive days and nights, I tried taking one (12 hour) Mucinex tablet (not DM) with one tall glass of water and within one hour my prolonged hiccups were completely gone.

I just wonder why doctors don’t know about this cure and why they didn’t think of it already instead of me discovering it.
